With the increase in the longevity of the population, significant number of patients are afflicted with systemic disorders such as range of diabetes, dys-functioning kidneys, wide range of heart problems, who are also on wide ranging medications such as blood-thinners, autoimmune diseases consuming immunosuppresents. Special attention is shown on these special category of patients.
